Leïla co-designed the GirlsConnect program with Technocité and facilitated half of its 9 modules, covering soft skills, AI literacy, entrepreneurship, pitch training, and digital communication strategy. Across 3 cohorts, the program has supported 35+ women in building their projects and strengthening their professional skills, closing each edition with participants pitching before a jury.
